Religion and Spirituality

When I was young, I used to go to temples to "pray". What I prayed, really
mattered at the time as I thought I saw some results.If I didn't, I probably thought I need to pray harder.
Now my thoughts have been on a transit mode. I feel we pray to a higher
consciousness, what others call as "God".We probably connect to such a universal or cosmic power..But, visiting temples is our way of telling ourselves that we are having
more faith in ourselves and help fulfill the same.In other words, what I truly believe when I actually think going to a
temple is more divine, its only because my thoughts have become more
powerful that if I would visit one, my prayers would be answered. But in
reality, its just my thoughts that have tend to believe that way. So they
gradually begin to conceive it in that way..If i just put a stone in front
of me and believe it has power, so be it. It would have power eventually
because my thoughts perceive the stone that way..Pilgrimage is not going to wash away your "bad karma" for good! If there is
a positive, there is a negative. If there is an electron, so there is a
positron. That's when we have a vacuum and that's what our universe is made
of.If some temple stands out of being highly powerful, for mighty sake, its
just the people's thoughts having been accumulated there and have been
increasing due to their super belief visits that leaves behind one powerful
place. I really think we need to open the minds eye in order to see beyond. Its only the belief that matters.."I" don't matter..its just my soul.
I would quite believe in quantum physics. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but only be converted from one form to another. So, our soul continues to live beyond the body. Body is just the matter form. Sadly earth supports matter, or rather this energy field supports only matter..and we humans had gained only this much energy and hence get retained in the earthly level.We need to move on.Once we die, perhaps our souls continue to live. There are higher worlds up there which do not support matter..and they are called the "City of Lights". Perhaps this could shed more light into the fact that 80% of the energy released during the "Big Bang", was never found or rather disappeared.
I wish there are more ways to learn this. This could happen only if Science and Spirituality unite, which would be possible only once they find the "God Particle". This is just my theory .
